First of all, make sure the sow doesn't have any more stillborns still left in her.  That may be why she's not milking.  I usually give all the females a shot of oxytocin when  I think they are done but talk to a vet first.  The oxytocin will help her clean out and milk letdown.  If she quits milking, I usually use lamb milk replacer.  You may have to feed them with bottles for a few days, but they will eventually drink out of a trough or pan.  But like I said before,  talk to a vet first on the oxytocin.  He/she may tell you to go in with your arm and check to see if she has anymore stillborns left in her or they may tell you to use the oxytocin.  Your sow might also have an infection.  You might have to put her on an antibiotic regimen.
