Yes. The best thing you can do is leave it alone until about 5 minutes before you go into the showring.
Just before you head to the showring, catch the pig urinating and then help him...squeeze the urine out of the sheath.
If you do this frequently at home, it will continue to get bigger and bigger.
The only "cure" for it is genetics, or not showing Durocs.

| My daughter(s) love Durocs. We've shown a lot of them. They are the number one breed with this affliction.
