We have a lamb that was doing ok, but started to look a little droopy. We looked at the ewes milk and was fine. We gave vac. shot, vitamin shot, Bo-ce, and B-complex. We penned the lamb and mother off, but know the lamb will not get up, has a healthy appetitie, we bottle feed him now. He looks like he has no feeling is his left fromt leg and rear left leg. It's almost like he has no strenght in his joints. I am at wits end and I really don't want to put the lamb down. I will try to save him it at all possible. Could someone please give me some info on what else to do.
Thanks

| Sounds like a tough situation what does your Vet say?

| I agree on checking with your vet. Sounds like it could be a number of things - Spider Syndrome comes first to my mind. Not sure what breed he is or what he looks like, but that could be a possible cause. Good luck.

We had a lamb do that after purchasing him. I know what you are going through. Ours started in his hind quarters and now they are fine. But his front legs are not doing so well and wont put any pressure on his left front leg. Banamieen (sorry I don't know how to spell it) has been the only thing that has been relieving for him. I do agree, go to your VET like we have been doing. Another thing it sounds like though is white muscle disease! Look into that also.
Good luck and hope he gets better!
