i am new to lambs . I have always shown goats and need some help on feeding lambs.
i am using a texturized show lamb feed. I also thrown in some chopped alfalfa and barley.
The lambs have been getting the runs. I guess the feed is to rich?
Does anyone have a suggestion?
Should I increase the alfalfa chop?
Also, another question:
i had started with the "excel show lamb feed" texturized,
it had that lasolics in it, used up 2 sacks & have changed over to this
the new feed, lindners show lamb texturized which has decoquinate in it.
Do you know which is the better of the two medicines: decoq or lascocics (sorry on spelling).
Thanks, robert
