| When I groom a black calf I use ultra white first, than brown touch up, and than black finisher on the legs. I am having a difficult time getting the black to cover and I am going through a can of black on a calf, which is very expensive. What does everyone use?

| try not using the ultra white, just use the auburn or brown touch up and then black touch up and finally black finisher. The ultra white leaves a dull or gray tent to the legs and where the brown won't.

| if you feel like you need to use the white just use it on the fins and then cover with brown and then black

| use the ultra white just mist it on there its only there for u to be able to see what hair is out of place... then spray black over that then tail adhesive on top then a lil more black...tail adhesive gives you a better lookin bone on the legs...and besides it help hold the hair in place if the show goes on for a while
